Sheet Metal Notcher Series AF/P

• Blade length is 9-3/4", longer than other equivalent sheet metal equipment on the market
• Cutting capacity with blades for mild steel up to a thickness of 5/16".
• Blade slack auto-adjustment system guaranteed for the oscillation effect of the head group; the system allows the oscillation of the head in the four directions giving an absolute guarantee that the upper blades do not interfere with the lower blades, even when cutting on one side only.
• The system ensures a long blade lifespan.

• Subject of a Simasv patent, this variable angle notching machine is unique on the market with blade opening allowing a variable cutting capacity from 30° to 180° and a thickness of 1/4".  No other sheet metal equipment supplier has a notcher this flexible to offer.
• Option of mounting a numerical control for insertion of the machine in automatic cutting lines.
• Two versions are available; the CN2 with two motorized axes for blade positioning adjustment and the CN4 with two motorized axes for blade positioning adjustment and two for the movement of the sheet metal depth and length control beats.
